At Charge Snip, we aim to deliver high-quality and reliable auto mobile home services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for our customers.

1. Service Cancellation by Customer

Same-Day Cancellations

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Last-Minute Cancellations

  • If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled time, the full service call-out fee will be charged.

No-Show Policy

If our technician arrives at your location and:

  • You are not present,

  • Cannot provide access to the vehicle, or

  • Do not respond to communication

→ This will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the call-out fee will be charged.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is free if requested 12 hours before the appointment.

  • If requested within 12 hours, a $20 rescheduling fee may apply.

  • You may reschedule up to two times before additional fees apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

✔ Full Refunds

A full refund is available if:

  • You cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

  • We fail to provide the service due to our own internal issues

  • A duplicate payment was accidentally made

✔ Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • You cancel after work has partially begun

  • The service delivered did not meet agreed expectations and verification is completed

  • There are valid technical or safety concerns that stop the service midway

❌ No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The service was fully completed

  • Damage occurred due to pre-existing vehicle issues not caused by us

  • Customer fails to provide accurate information or access to the vehicle

  • Customer changes mind after technician arrival

4. Service Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our work.
If you experience an issue related to a recent service:

  • You must report it within 48 hours

  • We will inspect the issue

  • If we are responsible, we will redo the service or provide compensation at our discretion

5. Payment Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation when a refund is issued

6. Cancellation by Charge Snip

Charge Snip may cancel or reschedule a service due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Technician emergencies

  • Safety concerns

  • Equipment or vehicle failure

In such cases:

  • You will receive a full refund (if prepaid), or

  • You may choose to reschedule at no extra charge
